So I started going through my digital files from over the summer, and came across something I’d completely forgotten about: The Ithaca Dragon Boat Festival
This was only the second year, and it had grown 10 fold. The boats are rented, and a bunch of regulation teams (and amateurs) from the the extended region compete. There’s a whole series of races and divisions throughout the day and everyone is just there to have a lot of fun…
It was such a nice day out too.

I watched them try at least 8 times to get this picture, but they never did time their jumps right. Kinda makes me wonder whether or not they won their race either.
